As your future President, I am committed to the continuation of housing assistance programs aimed at helping those in need. However, it is imperative to establish an effective system that ensures that assistance is targeted to those who truly need it, while discouraging those who can capable of working but choose not to.

 

One of the key priorities in our housing program will be to maintain fairness and prevent abuse. We will not tolerate individuals who knowingly take advantage of our limited resources while neglecting to take personal responsibility for their own well-being. While we understand that certain individuals may be disabled or elderly, we will safeguard their right to continue receiving benefits. However, it is crucial for these individuals to demonstrate a genuine need for support, as we will strictly enforce eligibility criteria.

 

We firmly believe that work plays a vital role in promoting self-sufficiency and fostering personal responsibility. Therefore, it is only fair that individuals who have the ability to work are given the opportunity to do so. Our housing program will provide support and resources to facilitate job training and job placements, enabling individuals to gain independence and contribute to the community.
