Boundaries, Freedom, and Public Safety

Let me be clear about my position. I do not care how an adult chooses to dress or express themselves. If a man wants to dress like a woman, or a woman wants to dress like a man, that is their personal choice. In a free country, personal expression—so long as it does not harm others—should not be policed by the state.

At the same time, freedom requires boundaries. When I become President, my administration will draw a clear, enforceable line when it comes to public facilities. Restrooms and locker rooms will be designated based on biological sex at birth. This is not about attacking anyone’s identity or lifestyle; it is about maintaining clear standards in shared public spaces, especially where privacy and safety are involved.

I also want to be equally clear on another point: sexual orientation is not the issue. There are many people in government and in this country who are gay, lesbian, or bisexual, and that is not a problem. My administration will not discriminate against people based on who they love. Period.

What will not be tolerated is misconduct. No movement, label, or political cause should ever be used as a shield for predatory behavior. Using social or cultural movements as cover to violate boundaries, intimidate others, or exploit access to private spaces is unacceptable—and my administration will treat it as such.

This is about protecting everyone: women, men, and children. It is about clarity instead of confusion, rules instead of chaos, and safety instead of political theater. A government that refuses to set boundaries is not progressive—it is negligent.

We can respect individual freedom while still enforcing public standards. We can reject harassment and abuse without demonizing entire groups of people. And we can govern with common sense instead of fear, pressure, or ideological extremes.

That is the balance my administration will enforce: live how you choose, but do not cross lines that put others at risk.
